Step 1 – Fill out the Erase the Case expungement or sealing packet:

 

There are three (3) very easy and simple parts that require your participation in this entire process. Once all three parts are completed, we take care of everything else!

    • Part A – Sign the Erase The Case Representation Agreement so we can lawfully represent you as your attorneys.
    • Part B – Sign and notarize Application for Certificate of Eligibility and affidavits, and then return it to us via mail, e-mail, fax or by uploading it via the electronic client portal.
      • You can find a notary public at every post office, banks, UPS & FedEx Stores.
      • Notaries usually charge a nominal fee between $5.00-$10.00.
      • We also offer a convenient digital notary service so you can notarize the documents from the convenience of your computer or smartphone! This way, you won’t have to travel to a police station or other certified fingerprinting location.
        • The cost for this service is between $35.00 and $55.00.
    • Part C – Get fingerprint card filled out and then return it to us via mail, e-mail, or by uploading it via the Erase The Case electronic client portal.
      • You can have your fingerprint card filled out at any police station or with any certified fingerprint company. If you need more information, call us. We are glad to help make your life easy.
      • Our main satellite office is located in Miami-Dade County.
