Yes. It is not necessary for you to live, reside or be present in the State of Florida to expunge or seal a criminal history record.

If you were arrested while you were visiting the State of Florida or if you moved out of the State of Florida since your arrest, Erase the Case can send an attorney to represent you in court in your absence.
